Two weeks ago our hydraulic hoses for pole saws started leaking at the crimps, some blowing off completely while working on country Energy contracts around low and high voltage.
When this occurred we placed an order for replacement hoses, When they arrived we found they were doing the same thing. When I contacted your staff in Brisbane they understood our predicament- both safety aspects and productivity.
Instead of being given the normal run around I get with other suppliers of goods etc, Neville went above the call of duty and delivered the hoses personally that night (estimated 7-8 hour round trip) ensuring we had spare hoses to continue working the next day. He informed me that the spare hoses he just delivered will be replaced by another brand when they were available as these were from the same batch. The honest and professional service provided by your staff (Neville and Eddie) in a time of desperation was tremendous and a real credit to them and the way you conduct your business.
I thank you and your staff and look forward to doing business with your company in future.
