Do you have infrared or contact type temperature measuring equipment? Do you know how accurate they are? When most of us are purchasing new equipment we carefully check to ensure the accuracy is relevant to the application for which we will use the item. But once you have made the purchase and are now using your new equipment, will it always be as accurate as when it was new and still fit for purpose? TEX Onsite can calibrate infrared thermometers, thermal imagers, temperature probes, RTDs, thermocouples and dry block calibrators using our portable black body/dry block calibrators and reference thermometers. This means we can come to you and calibrate your temperature instruments on site. Our calibrators are highly accurate and stable heat sources and we calibrate your units by reading their temperature. Some companies offer calibration of these types of units using hot plates etc, however this does not provide a stable and uniform temperature which is critical when calibrating. Our black bodies are state of the art technology which take into account such things as reflectivity and emissivity and provides calibration with low uncertainties of measurement. Similarly our dry blocks provide high stability with a number of different sized wells for a close fit to your probes and our highly accurate reference thermometers are used in conjunction with dry blocks to provide the least uncertainty possible. This is the kind of quality you can expect and rely upon from TEX Onsite in all the different types of testing and calibration we perform.
