Medical surgeries, Veterinarians, Tattoo artists plus other biological and chemical companies have instruments and utensils they must ensure are properly sterilised. The accepted method of doing this is by use of autoclaves. But ask yourself, do you know that your autoclave is in fact working correctly in all areas? Most users of autoclaves perform spores testing which proves that the autoclave is killing bacteria. However this doesn’t prove the full functionality of the autoclave. It is a requirement of Australian Standards that all autoclaves are validated annually through the use of temperature and pressure recording equipment placed inside the autoclave. The method TEX Onsite uses is completely remote, meaning that cords are not unnecessarily pushed through already tight cable glands. Most other companies use the latter method and this eventually results in premature damage to the seals. We do not damage seals and our method is also much quicker without this setup headache, allowing you to get back to business as quickly as possible. We are able to perform just the standard validation satisfying the standard to ensure you are compliant, or a full autoclave linearity to prove the uniformity of temperature and pressure across the full dimensions of the autoclave. While we wait for your autoclave to run its cycle TEX Onsite can value add by performing Test and Tag on your electrical appliances which is another commonly forgotten legislative requirement. Give us a call today to look after you, your autoclave, to give you confidence in your product, services and safety to your customers.
