Everybody knows that lifting gear must be inspected regularly to document and ensure it is safe. But who do you use for this service? Most people use the lifting gear company that sells the equipment. But commercially this doesn’t really make sense because of the potential conflict of interest brought about because of the sales. AT TEX Onsite our main goal in business is to be a service provider – we do not survive on sales and as such will ensure a good balance of safety compliance, without prematurely failing items because we can make a sale. Yes we do have a supply agreement with a major lifting company allowing us to provide replacement equipment at excellent prices, however we only offer this to provide you with a total solution and to save you the running around. As we said it is the service that counts for us, not volumes of sales. The main advantage of TEX Onsite though, is that we can test much more than your lifting gear. While on site we can also perform all sorts of other testing and calibration and our aim is to come to site once, look after everything in your vehicles, store or workshop, making us your single service provider and the total solution.
